PREMIER Bankcard has been recognized with four international awards for its excellence in customer service. The team won Gold, Silver, Bronze and a People’s Choice Stevie® Award at the 18th annual gala held in Las Vegas, NV, on April 12, 2024.

PREMIER Bankcard was awarded a Gold Stevie® and the People’s Choice for Customer Service Department of the Year - Financial Services Industries. The Customer Service team was also recognized with a silver award for Customer Service Management Team of the Year.  The Credit Review team received a Silver Stevie® as Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year- Financial Services Industries, and the Collections team brought home a bronze award for Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year.

This is the third year in a row that PREMIER Bankcard has been internationally recognized. More than 2,300 nominations from 44 nations and organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
