Get Started with Mobile Banking
- Search for and download the FREE First PREMIER Bank App from your phone’s app store, Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Open the application
- Click the option for "New Online Customer Enrollment"
- Complete the quick enrollment form
- Begin using Mobile Banking

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can call Bank by Phone at 800-315-6360, use Online Banking or enroll in Text Banking online. Text Banking lets you use basic commands to receive secure, real-time account balances, view recent transactions and find ATM and branch locations. To enable Text Banking simply:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on “Settings” and “Text Enrollment”
- Enter your Mobile Phone Number
- Agree to Terms
- Begin using Text Banking (Use instructions in Online Banking to bank via text)

Mobile Banking is a free service for our personal and business banking customers.
No, you can download our Mobile Banking App from one of the App Stores and enroll directly by choosing the "For New Online Customer Enrollment Only" link.
You can deposit checks payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on any U.S. bank, including personal, business and government checks. They must also be payable to and endorsed by the account holder and with "For Mobile Deposit Only. First PREMIER Bank."
International checks, U.S. savings bonds, U.S. postal money orders, remotely created checks (whether in paper form or electronically created), convenience checks (checks drawn against a line of credit) and cash are not eligible for Mobile Deposit.
You can transfer funds to or from your First PREMIER account to another account at a different bank. Transfers may take two to three business days to complete. Please note, only U.S. Banks are permitted.
To initiate the transfer:
- Go to the Transaction menu. Select External Account.
- Input the institution’s routing number, the bank account number (17 digits max.) and the account type (checking or savings.) Then click continue.
- To verify the account, two micro deposits will be sent to the external account within five business days.
- Once you see these deposits, go back under the Transaction menu and select Verify the External Account. Select the buttons and apply the two totals of the micro deposits to establish the connection.
