PREMIER Pay is a convenient P2P payment solution from First PREMIER Bank. With PREMIER Pay you can securely pay your friends and family through our online and mobile banking experiences.
How it Works
- Make sure you are enrolled in Online and Mobile Banking
- You will need to have an active debit card
- Once logged in, look for the PREMIER Pay tab in the menu
- Enter information, amount and then send
- First PREMIER Customer to Customer - funds are transferred immediately upon acceptance
- First PREMIER Customer to Non-Customer - recipient will get a text or email asking how they would like to accept the funds. They can use PayPal, Venmo or their debit card
What You Need to Know
- The minimum PREMIER Pay transfer amount is $1
- Limit of five transfers per day, 25 per week and 50 per month
- Amounts are limited to $500 daily, $1,500 weekly and $5,000 per month
- All PREMIER Pay transfers will count against daily debit card transaction limit of $3,000

The requirements to send money via PREMIER Pay are as follows: a customer must have online/mobile banking, an active debit card, and a phone number or email address tied to their bank account.
If a customer does not have online banking but has an active debit card and a phone number or email address tied to their account, they can still receive transfers.
An On-Network Transfer is an account-to-account transfer between two debit card holders at First PREMIER Bank.
An Off-Network Transfer is used when the recipient is not a cardholder at First PREMIER Bank. In this case, the recipient will receive a text or email from the sender that will allow the recipient to select how they would like to receive their funds. Available options are PayPal, Venmo or debit card. Off-Network Transfers need to be accepted by the recipient within 72 hours or the funds are returned to the sender's account.
With an On-Network transfer, the funds will automatically be transferred into their FPB account. With an Off-Network Transfer, the customer will be able to choose how they would like to receive the funds. Options include Venmo, PayPal or by entering their debit card information.

No, you cannot setup a recurring transfer through PREMIER Pay.
Yes. For both On-Network and Off-Network Transfers the funds are removed immediately from the sender's account.
