Reporting Suspicious Activity or Fraud
What you can do
We encourage you to monitor your statements closely, and immediately report any transactions you don’t recognize to our Customer Care Team at (800) 501-6535. We'll help you assess the situation and take appropriate action, which may include placing holds and flags on your accounts to help detect future fraud attempts.
If you receive a suspicious email or text message that appears to be from First PREMIER Bank:
- Do not open, click or respond to the email or text message
- Call us immediately at (800) 501-6535
If you receive a suspicious phone call from someone claiming to be from First PREMIER Bank, please do not provide any personal or account information to them. Hang up and call us immediately at (800) 501-6535.
